Forum non conveniens (latin-gú ê ì-sù sī "put hong-pēn ê huat-tîng"[1][2][3], Forum non conveniens (FNC); hàn-gú: 不方便法院, 不方便審理的法院, 非適宜法院; put hong-pēn huat-īñ, put hong-pēn sím-lí ê huat-īñ, hui sik-gî huat-īñ (inappropriate (inconvenient) court)) sī tsi̍t-tsióng tuā-to-sòo İng-bí huat ê huat-lu̍t guân-tsik, huat-īñ thong-kuè tsit-ê guân-tsik jīn-uî khó-lîng the̍h-khí ê àn-kiâñ teh līng-guā tsi̍t-ê huat-tîng iah-sī huat-īñ sī koh-khah sik-ha̍p soo-siōng ê kuán-hat huat-īñ; pīng-tshiáñ kā àn-kiâñ tsuán-î kàu tsit-khuán ê huat-tîng iah-sī huat-īñ. Pí-jū, huat-īñ khó-lîng hā-līng kā àn-kiañ ê soo-siōng kuán-hat huat-īñ pèn-king sóo-tsai; tō-sī kā àn-kiâñ tsuán-î kàu soo-siōng sóo i-kù ê sū-kòo hi̍k-tsiá sū-kiāñ huat-sing ê tē-tiám, í-kip sóo-iú tsìng-jîn ki-tsū ê su-huat kuán-hat-kuân.[4]
