Glucosamin (Eng-gí: Glucosamine) sī chi̍t khoán an-ki-thn̂g (amino sugar), sī phû-tô-thn̂g hun-chú ê chi̍t-ê chúi-sng-ki (hydroxy group) thè-oāⁿ chò an-ki (amino group) liáu-āu ê sán-bu̍t.
