Hái-tsha̍t Tóng (Pirate Party; Hái-tō Tóng) sī sè-kài kok-tē tsiânn tsē tsìng-tóng tshái-iōng ê piau-tshiam, tsiah ê tsìng-tóng píng-tshî tsi̍t-thò í sòo-uī sî-tāi kong-bîn kuân-lī uî tiong-sim ê kè-ta̍t-kuan hām tsìng-tshik.[4][5][6][7] Hái-tsha̍t tóng ê ki-pún guân-tsik pau-kuat pán-kuân kái-kik (phah-phuà pán-kuân lóng-tuān), tsuan-lī kái-kik, ka-kiông kong-bîn kuân-lī (pau-kuat tsìng-hú thàu-bîng-tōo, ún-su kuân, bô lo̍h-miâ ê kuân-lī, giân-lūn tsū-iû, thong-sìn pó-bi̍t, hú-tsōo-sìng guân-tsik, bián-siū jīm-hô kuân-lī tshim-hāi í-ki̍p tsun-tiōng bin-tsú ê tsuè-ko piau-tsún).[8] Hái-tsha̍t tóng ê ua̍h-tāng mā thui-tshiòng tsu-sìn tsū-iû, sin-bûn tsū-iû, piáu-ta̍t tsū-iû, sòo-uī kuân-lī kah bóng-lōo tsū-iû.
