Dalai Lama 14-sè phài lâng khì Liân-ha̍p-kok khòng-kò Tiong-hôa Jîn-bîn Kiōng-hô-kok „chhim-lio̍k“, m̄-kò bô lâng chhap i. 1951 nî, Se-chōng chèng-hú kap Tiong-hôa Jîn-bîn Kiōng-hô-kok chèng-hú chhiam-tēng Cha̍p-chhit-tiâu hia̍p-gī, chèng-sek tâu-hâng, kái chè Tiong-kok ê Se-chōng Chū-tī-khu.
