Čeština: Vlajka obce Ostrá, okres Nymburk. Modrý list se zeleným návrším na dolním okraji, širokým tři sedminy délky listu, ze kterého vyrůstají z jednoho stonku se dvěma listy tři žluté obilné klasy. Nad nimi vodorovně bílá ryba s ocasem otočeným k dolnímu okraji listu. V horním rohu a horním cípu po jedné žluté šesticípé hvězdě.
