Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1, stema comunei Băiţa se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat. În partea superioară, în câmp verde, se află 3 crenguţe de stejar cu ghindă, de aur. În vârful scutului, în câmp roşu, este o intrare în mină, neagră, zidită cu cărămizi inegale, de argint, în care broşează două ciocane de miner încrucişate, de aur. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat. Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate: Intrarea în mină simbolizează ocupaţia de bază a locuitorilor din zonă, mineritul. Crenguţele de stejar reprezintă bogăţia silvică a zonei, precum şi potenţialul turistic. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
