Khài-iàu

Stema comunei Tulgheș, potrivit anexei nr. 1, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în furcă răsturnată.

În prima partiție, în dreapta, în câmp albastru, se află o sabie cu vârful în sus și o cruce treflată, încrucișate, totul de aur.

În a doua partiție, în stânga, în câmp roșu, se află un cerb de argint sărind spre dreapta.

În vârful scutului, în câmp argintiu, se află două crenguțe de stejar cu frunze verzi și ghinde.

Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumate

Sabia amintește de trecutul istoric al localității.

Crucea treflată reprezintă Biserica din lemn, datată din anul 1815, declarată monument istoric.

Cerbul reprezintă bogăția cinegetică a zonei.

Crenguțele de stejar fac aluzie la denumirea localității, care vine de la Stejarul (Stejaris) și la zona protejată "Stejăriș" din localitate.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
