„List tvoří dva vodorovné pruhy, bílý a zelený. V bílém pruhu u žerďového okraje zelená vrba s hnědým uťatým kmenem. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.“[1]

Flaggenbeschreibung
„Das Flaggentuch besteht aus zwei horizontalen Streifen, weiß und grün. In dem weißen Streifen nahe des Flaggenstocks eine grüne Kopfweide mit einem abgeschnittenen braunen Stamm. Das Verhältnis zwischen der Breite und der Länge des Flaggentuchs beträgt 2:3.“

Die Blasonierung des Stadtwappens, von dem diese Flagge abgeleitet ist, lautet:

„In Silber auf grünem Rasen eine Kopfweide in natürlichen Farben.“

“The flag consists of two horizontal stripes, white and green. In the white stripe near the margin a green willow with a brown trunk cut off. The ratio of the width to the length of the flag is 2 : 3.”
