Ûi-thoân-chú (tek. gen "Óa-im: "gen""; eng. gene "Óa-im: "jín""; jit. 遺伝子) sī seng-bu̍t ê ûi-thoân-thé (genome) lāi-bīn ê chi̍t tōaⁿ tì-tòa (sequence), sī seng-bu̍t ê ûi-thôan tan-gôan.
