Tâi-oan káu-hîm (ha̍k-miâ: Ursus thibetanus formosanus) sī A-chiu o͘-hîm (Ursus thibetanus) ê 1-ê a-chéng. Che sī Tâi-oân tó-siōng siāng tōa-chiah ê goân-sán iá-seng tōng-bu̍t, mā sī hit tah î-it ê hîm chéng. Káu-hîm ê oa̍h-tōng hoān-ûi chú-iàu sī Tâi-oân tang-pō͘ ê koân-soaⁿ tē-tài, hái-poa̍t 1000 m chì 3500 m tiong-kan.[1]
