Tio̍k-sek-che (eng. colorant; ji̍t. 着色剤[1]) sī ka-thiam beh kái-piàn mi̍h-kiāⁿ sek-tī ê bu̍t-chit. Pí-lūn tī ìn-soat, kòe-ōe, si̍t-phín ia̍h kî-tha ê sán-gia̍p, lóng ū tio̍k-sek-che ê lī-iōng. Tio̍k-sek-che ki-pún ê chok-iōng goân-lí, sī khip-siu bô-kâng liōng ê bó͘ chi̍t kóa pho-tn̂g ê kng-sòaⁿ, hō͘ mi̍h-kiāⁿ hoán-kng chhut lâu chhun ê pho-tn̂g.
Ní-sek ê khang-khòe leh ēng ê tio̍k-sek-che hō chò ní-liāu, ōe-tô͘ sú-iōng ê tio̍k-sek-che hō chò sek-liāu. Si̍t-phín leh ēng ê it-poaⁿ kóng si̍t-ēng sek-sò͘.
