Âng-tāu (ha̍k-miâ: Vigna angularis), ia̍h âng-tâu-á, sī chi̍t khoán chi̍t-nî-seⁿ tîn-lūi si̍t-bu̍t, tī Tang A-chiu kap Himalaya soaⁿ-khu phó͘-phiàn lī-ēng in-ê tāu-á pō͘-hūn. Chē khoán chai-pôe-chéng (cultivar) tang-tiong, ùi Tang-pak A-chiu siāng liû-hêng--ê sī kui-lia̍p âng-sek--ê, chóng-sī, mā ū pe̍h-sek, o͘-sek, phú-sek téng-khoán tī--leh. Kho-ha̍k-kài jīn-ûi Vigna angularis var. nipponensis chit-ê piàn-chéng sī koh khoán ê sian-chó͘ (progenitor).[1]
