'"Bí-kok puàñ-tō-thé hâng-gia̍p hia̍p-huē'" (Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA); 美國半導體行業協會) sī tsit-ê Bíkok puàñ-tō-thé hâng-gia̍p ê bōo-i̍k hia̍p-huē kap iû-sueh thuân-thé, sîng-li̍p teh 1977-nî, tsóng-pōo khiā-teh Washington, Columbia ti̍k-khu. ^[1] Bí-kok puàñ-tō-thé hâng-gia̍p hia̍p-huē teh 20 sè-kí 90 nî-tāi tshe tsè-tīng tē-it-ê Kok-tsè puàñ-tō-thé ki-su̍t huat-tián lōo-suàñ-tôo (International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors (ITRS)).^[2]

The first semiconductor roadmap, published by the SIA in 1993. It outlined the predicted progress of the semiconductor industry over the following 15 years.
