Bīn-chú (面子) sī jîn-chè koan-hē ê chi̍t khoán hiān-siōng. Tī Tang-a, kai-chân koan-liām khah-kiông ê siā-hōe lāi, te̍k-pia̍t siū-tio̍h tiōng-sī. Bīn-chú ê kū-thé ì-gī put-bêng, tān-sī ki-pún-siōng tō sī hō͘ siā-hōe tiong múi chi̍t ê lâng ê chun-tiōng.[1] Nā-sī bô-ài hō͘ lâng bīn-chú, ē hō͘ lâng jīn-ûi bô chun-tiōng i, khó-lêng ē ín-khí tio̍h pò-ho̍k.
