Basophil (hàn-gú: 嗜鹼性粒細胞; Sī kinn-sìng lia̍p sè-pau; Sī kiⁿ-sèng lia̍p sè-pau; ing-gú: Basophils) sī pe̍h sè-pau ê tsi̍t-tsióng. Sī kinn-sìng lia̍p sè-pau sī siōng bô tiānn-tiānn khuànn-tio̍h ê lia̍p sè-pau luī-hîng, tāi-iok tsiàm sûn-huân pe̍h sè-pau ê 0.5% tsì 1%.[1] M̄-ko, in sī siōng-tūa ê lia̍p sè-pau luī-hîng. In hū-tsik bián-i̍k huán-ìng kuè-tîng tiong ê iām-tsìng huán-ìng; í-ki̍p kip-sìng hām bān-sìng kuè-bín sìng pēnn-tsìng ê tsiânn-tsò; pau-kuat kuè-bín huán-ìng, he-ku, ti̍k ing-sìng phuê-iām kah hue-hún tsìng.[2] Sī kinn-sìng lia̍p sè-pau koh sán-sing hia̍p-tiāu bián-i̍k huán-ìng ê hua-ha̍p-bu̍t; pau-kuat ín-khí iām-tsìng ê tsoo-an hiat-tshing sòo; í-ki̍p hông-tsí hiat-i̍k gîng-kòo ê kuann-sòo (肝素),[3] sui-bóng hâm-liōng pí puî-tuā sè-pau lia̍p tang-tiong ê hâm-liōng khah-tsió.[4] Puî-tāi sè-pau pat hông jīn-uî sī uì hiat-i̍k tshian-î kàu i-ê tsù-liû tsoo-tsit (kiat-tè tsoo-tsit (結締組織)) ê Sī kinn-sìng lia̍p sè-pau; m̄-ko hiān-tsāi í-king tsai á in sī bô kâng luī-hîng ê sè-pau.[5]
