Gaz (phosu-gú: گز) sī tsi̍t-tsióng khí-guân teh Isfahan tē-khu ê Iran gû-phuê thn̂g-tshang (牛軋糖).[2] Teh Bí-kok kap Au-tsiu kok-ka, Gaz hông kóng-huàn kiò-tsò Phosu gû-phuê thn̂g-tshang.[3] Gaz iû huí-tsí (開心果), hīng-jîn jîn, muî-kuì tsuí (玫瑰水), nn̄g-tshing kap Phosu kam-lōo (甘露) tsiap sóo tsè-sîng.[4][5]

Thong-siông, Gaz ē thīn-thâu hi̍k-tsiá suat-lo̍k (kué-tsí lōo (果子露); sherbet), tsò-uî tsú-tshài liáu-āu ê tinn-lōo si̍t-iōng. Thuân-thóng siōng, Gaz mā teh Phosu ê kuè-nî [en] Nowruz tsiat tíng-tíng tsiat-ji̍t ê tiûnn-sóo kiong-ìng.[2]
