Sin-kài (Hàn-jī: 新界; Eng-gí: New Territories) sī Hiong-káng ê chi̍t-ê tē-khu, hōan-ûi pau-hâm Chhim-chùn Hô lâm-bīn kàu Kiú-liông ê kài-hān-ke pak-bīn ê thó͘-tē chham 200-gōa-ê tó-sū. Sin-kài hun 9-ê hêng-chèng-khu, ū Chôan-oan-khu, Gôan-lóng-khu, Khôe-chheng-khu, Lî-tó-khu, Pak-khu, Sai-kòng-khu, Sa-tiân-khu, Tāi-po͘-khu͘ chham Tūn-mn̂g-khu.
Sin-kài sī 1898 nî Eng-kok tùi Tiong-kok chheng-tiâu cho͘-chioh 99-nî ê thó͘-tē. 1997 nî, Eng-kok kā gôan-pún éng-kiú koah-niū ê Hiong-káng-tó kap Kiú-liông chò-hóe kui-hôan hō Tiong-hoâ Jîn-bîn Kiōng-hô-kok.
