Thian-tsin bu-pī ha̍k-tông (天津武備學堂 (Tientsin Military Academy); koh kiò-tsò "Pak-iông bu-pī ha̍k-tông" (北洋武備學堂; Peiyang Military Academy); "Lio̍k-kun bu-pī ha̍k-tông" (陸軍武備學堂)),khiā-tī Tiong-kok Thian-tsin Tāi-ti̍t koo (大直沽), sī Kong-sū 11-nî (1885-nî) Ti̍t-lē tsóng-tok kiam Pak-iông thong-siong tāi-sîn (北洋通商大臣) Lí Hông-tsiong (李鴻章) teh hing-pān Iông-bū ūn-tōng tang-tiong tshòng-siat, ì-teh thong-kuè sin-sik kàu-io̍k puê-ióng sin-sik lio̍k-kun kun-kuann tíng-tíng sin-hîng kun-sū jîn-tsâi, sī Tiong-kok tē-it sóo khai-tián kīn-tāi kun-sū kàu-io̍k lio̍k-kun ha̍k-tông[1]. Thian-tsin bu-pī ha̍k-tông sîng-li̍p liáu-āu, Tshing-tîng koh-khah kok síng thui-kóng Thian-tsin bu-pī ha̍k-tông sîng-kong ê king-giām, kok-tē hun-hun hing-khí sin-sik lio̍k-kun ha̍k-hāu, lî-tshiánn tsia--ê ha̍k-hāu ê pān-o̍h hong-tsiam, ha̍k-hāu thé-tsè, kàu-ha̍k luē-iông, sīm-tsì hāu-miâ lóng tsham-tsiàu Thian-tsin bu-pī ha̍k-tông ê tsò-huat. 1900-nî, Pat-kok liân-kun kong-hām Thian-tsin ê sî-tsūn, Thian-tsin bu-pī ha̍k-tông hông hûn-huí. Thian-tsin bu-pī ha̍k-tông tsûn-tsāi ê 15 nî-kan, pit-gia̍p ha̍k-sing to-sòo tsiânn-tsò kok síng sin-kun (新軍) ê kut-kàn, kî-tiong Tuān Kî-suī (段祺瑞), Pîng Kok-tsiong (馮國璋), Ông Tsí-tin (王士珍), Tsô Khun (曹錕) tíng-tíng sîng-uî Pak-iông kun-hua̍t siú-líng[2].
